Our story began with the idea of establishing an integrated center for women at the beginning of the second millennium in 2007 AD, a center that includes a women’s salon, a boutique of upscale dresses and fashion shows, a gym hall and a café lounge on an area of ​​two thousand square meters in the center of the city of Riyadh. This idea ignited a passion within me to find the best solutions to implement projects in this way. Size, and from here the search for regulations, legislation and government licenses began with the emergence of many changes that occurred over the past two decades in regulations and legislation for commercial activities to keep pace with the requirements of a rapidly changing market that pushed service providers with this transformation to new heights. These capabilities have become a way to make businesses successful and govern them in ways that were not previously available, and development in the management of this type of project has become part of the quality of service provided. As these developments progressed, they created great opportunities and challenges for business service providers.
